The Kohler ECV749-3005 is a 26.5 HP 747cc Command PRO EFI V-twin vertical-shaft engine with a 1-1/8" x 4-5/16" crankshaft, electronic fuel injection, heavy-duty air cleaner, an integrated oil cooler and 20 amp charging. It is a basic / marketing-spec engine used widely for repowers across commercial mowers and equipment. Factory spec: ECV749 E17 BASIC HDAC 26.5HP.

Kohler Engines now operates under the name Rehlko. This is the same genuine Kohler ECV749-3005 engine (Rehlko spec PA-ECV749-3005); new units may carry Rehlko branding.
