The Kohler CH740-3117 is a 27 HP 725cc Command PRO V-twin horizontal-shaft engine with a 1-1/8" x 2-3/4" crankshaft, heavy-duty air cleaner, an integrated oil cooler, a fuel pump and 15 amp charging. This spec is built for Exmark equipment and is the factory service-replacement engine for those machines. Factory spec: CH740 E09 EXMARK-REPLACEMENT O.

Kohler Engines now operates under the name Rehlko. This is the same genuine Kohler CH740-3117 engine (Rehlko spec PA-CH740-3117); new units may carry Rehlko branding.
